Five Minutes From the City Centre - Without the City-Centre Prices

We are about a 5-minute walk from the Forum and the main shopping streets, just far enough to escape the crowds. That means it is easier to get a seat, easier to hear yourself think, and a good deal kinder on your wallet - a flat white here is £2.95, not the £3.50-£4 you will often pay in the centre. It is also why remote workers and students have made us a regular: free WiFi, comfortable seating and a calmer atmosphere than a busy chain.
